Hello! So, it was my first time trying to make an Chocolate Lava Cake. I have remaining ingredients such a dark chocolate bar, heavy cream, and lots of butter. So I kinda make it for "takjil" today. And this recipe was so easy to follow
Main Ingredients:
- 450 gr dark cooking chocolate, cut into pieces (you can use milk or white chocolate if you like it)
- 5 tbsp heavy cream
- 200 gr butter
- 150 gr castor sugar
- 110 gr all purpose flour or medium protein flour
- 1 tbsp baking powder

For Lava filling:
(You can use your favorite Chocolate Ganache recipe or creamy caramel but this time I share you my favorite Chocolate Ganache Recipe)
- 150 gr dark cooking chocolate (cut into pieces)
- 40 gr butter
- 80 ml heavy cream

How to make it:
The filling
- in a sauce pan, put heavy cream and butter. Heat over a low heat but not till boiling.

- in a bowl add the chocolate, and pour the heavy cream. Let it sit until the chocolate half melted and whisk it until smooth. Cool in the chiller
The batter
- melt the butter in sauce pan, add the chocolate and heavy cream. Mix well, set a side

- mix well the egg and sugar in the bowl
- shift slowly the flour and baking powder in the egg mixture. Mix well
- pour the chocolate mixture into it, stir it with rubber spatula.
- dab the muffin mould with butter and dust with flour. Add 1 1/2 tbsp of batter, fill it with the chocolate ganache and cover again in the remaining batter
- bake it in oven over 180-200 degress for about 15-25 minute
- dust it with icing sugar, serve it with your favorite fruit and sauce
