DAILY ACTIVITY REPORT 5 "PUFF PASTRY PRODUCTS"



Hellooo everyone, good to back again

Remember few days ago I post how to make Puff Pastry dough based by Mr. Edd's recipe? Few days ago, we made the dough and we keep it in chiller overnight. And today finally we're gonna make the dough into products and we're gonna sell it arround campus. Today, with help from Mr. Hardy and Mr. Usman I made few shape and taste of puff pastry.


First, roll the dough till it thin. Then I cut it into 6x6 cm so the shapes forms

Then, I formed and fold the dough into three forms (diamonds, triangle, and flower)

And then fill it with blueberry jam and fruits. Brush it with egg wash (egg yolk and milk mixture) and bake it over 20-25 minute

ms. Sri do her presentase
After doing our products, we're going to listen our friends do their Presentase. Started from Subhan explain how to make pizza dough and after that Sri going to explain her materi about pple. After Sri explain about it, then Fiqhy's turn to explain his presentation about MSG. And then after Fiqhy, it's Intan's turn. She explain about Kaloa. Every day at practical class, we have to go up in the class room for story telling, then we continue to Presentase about our materi. 3 students have their trun each day every practical week
