So Today we're making Toast Bread, one of Basic Bread. Why we make White Toast Bread? Once again because we need to liftup our basic skill on Pastry and Product Bakery. Mr. Faisal give us job for make an perfect White Toast Bread.So today we started making White Toast BRead with manual meethode wich is only using our hand while do the proces. Me and my partner from tomorrow, Mr. Hardy doing our dough. Actually our toast bread almost perfectly square but because we always open the oven so the dough will lift down while baking proces.
After that, we're enter the classroom for listening our friends who wants to presentase their English Presentase Task about Raw Material. Ms. Sri share what's an Apple, Ms. Cilo told us how to made Chocolate from Cacao Bean, and Mr. Aya told us about 4 types of Leavening Agent..
