So 2 days a go me with the others went to local market for doing some little observation about ingredient price list. We do this for assigment the task from lecture and we learn this because someday we have to clearly understand about all the local ingredient price list for do some food costing.

I went to Hartaco Local Market nearly by the campus with my other friends. I check a lot stand that selling some spices and other local ingredient for example garlic, shallots, onions, all kind local flours, poultry, all type of fish, beef meat and many more.

Hartaco Local Market was a small traditional market that build in the middle of Dg. Tata Street. This local market are selling all people needs start from housemaid things, animal feed, and of course raw material for foods.

So this is a list table for price and about the ingredients that I search for in this local market.
