It's been a long, loong time I'm not posting about my Daily Report of me while in Kitchen Practical Week.
I should write since 2 days a go but I'm not really in good health (sick) so I can't attend the class:(
But yeay, I back today and now I'm gonna share you my Daily Report of today, so here is it:)
This morning as usual in Kitchen Practical week, we enter the classroom or Kitchen at 08:00 AM. Our activity for today as a started with give the Biang or (Sourdough) some 'Breakfast'. Yes, Breakfast.
For your information, Sourdough is a basical Starter that made from Rye Flour, Whole Grains Flour, adn Water. Usually You can made it also with juices, limes or plain yogurt. This Starter usually to cultivate the wild yeast in a form that we can use for baking.
Two days ago, my friend making their own Sourdough Strater and today I help and see them how to give the sourdough the 'Breakfast' and I also I learn with my firends the Literature of making Sourdough Starter before we're going to Gammara Hotel.
After our activity at Kitchen, we leave the campus and go to Gammara Hotel for attend the final seminar of Tourism Polytechnic Makassar Lectures. I came late because we have some activity before, and we just arrived before Lunch Time and when Mr. Putu show his presentation about "Digital Advertising of Wonderful Indonesia Destination". After that we're break and have a lunch and praying.
And then after take a break, we continue to watch the presentation about the final seminar of the Lectures. I don't really remember all the Lecture that are going to presentation but one of them I know Ms. I Gusti Ayu Iin Purwanti are going to present her task about Digital Tourism
So that's all my whole daily report for today, I hope you can find something from my daily report.

After all the activity, we take a pict with the sources who are also both examiner (I forget his name but I know he was one of the lecturer of language and literature from one of the higher universities in Makassar)
