Haiiii welcome back to my other Daily Report for todaay
So here is it Im gonna share you what am I doing today at Kitchen Laboratory.
Me, Sri and Dio was scheduled as Manager for 3rd semester for today. Me and Dio handling Cold Kitchen, Butcher and Main Course Section, and Sri handling the Pastry Section.

Today Lecture who managering studying session was Chef Dino, Chef from Toarco Coffee, Makassar. He teach and show some methode to 3rd semester while he also teach them how to handling food with ala minute and how presenting their menu (platting).
