DAILY REPORT 21 "SOURDOUGH AND FRUIT CARVING"





Hello Good Day everyone, Back again on my other Daily Activity at Thuersday about making our Sourdough and Fruit Carving (which is actually I made the Fruit Carving on Friday because on Thuersday we were busy making our Product for English Camp and Competition at Aula of Poltekpar Makassar)


Sourdough which is bread dish made from sourdough starter is basically have the taste and aromatic sour and not salty. The colour of it have to Brom to Black on outside and airy insde. We only Making French Bread because the Toast Bread that we were making was Failed (cried). The Sourdough that we make only French Baguette. And the final Result is not really good (sigh). We were only cabale made the French Baguette. Here's the recipe and the picture of our french Baguette

INGREDIENTS 

495 gr All Purpose Flour
11 gr Salt
100 gr Starter
305 ml Water

HOW TO MAKE

- Mix all ingredients using hands. Pour the water slowly because the texture of flour not same everywhere and everytime.
- Place the dough in the Clean Bowl and Rest about two until four hours in room temperature
- Knocking down and divided the dough into two parts
- Flatten and fold it. Ret in room temperature for about 20-45 minute
- Knocking down roll it like making French Bread. Place in the sheet Pan and rest it until 2 hour
- Bake at 190 degress about 20 minute or more until the skin brown or getting almost black
- The more dough takes times the more better result you've got





The Carving Fruits. My Carving Fruits theme was Peacock on The Flower. Well it's not the best but I'm trying to make it. The fruits that I use was Watermelon, Papaya and Apples. Here's the Process and the result (pardon my ugliest Carving)
