DAILY REPORT 22 "CHINESE MENU PRACTICAL 1"

Hello guuys welcome back to my other Daily Report. For this time was special because we're ginna learn and mad something different. We're going to made Chinese Menu for this practical.

Actually, we're entering the extra week for practical. This is the first time we're doing the Practical while Extra We.

So, at Tuesday 21 Nov 17 we were made Chinese Menu. Strating with Preparation till Cooking Demo. All the study material and those Demo we're teach by Mr/Chef Dino, Ex Chef from Toarco Coffee (wow).

The Menu was

LOBSTER SALAD

FRIED SHRIMP WITH SALTED EGG SAUCE
CAP CAY
YANG CHOW FRIED RICE

BAK PAO

Sounds delicious right?
No, me and my friends Intan, Dio, Raiz, Gie, Subhan are preparing and making Black Pepper Sauce. Actually me, Raiz and Dio are in Fish Grouper Tim but there's no Grouper Fish we were move to Beef Black Pepper Sauce.

The Recipe of Black Pepper Sauce (for 10 Portion)

Ingredients :
- 600 gr Beef Sirloin (cut into dice bigger than Macedoine)
- 200 gr Bell Pepper (yellow, red, green) (cut into dice)
- 150 gr Onion (cut into dice)
- 80 gr leek (cut into dice)

For Marinated :
- Tapioca Flour (additional)
- Salt
- Pepper
- Chicken Powder
- MSG
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil
- 1 pcs Egg, whisk
- 60 gr chop Garlic
- 6 gr Baking Powder

For Sauce :
- 10 gr Ground Black Pepper
- 200 gr Tomato Sauce
- 50 gr Chilli Sauce
- 50 gr Oyster Sauce
- 50 gr Chicken Powder
- 25 gr MSG
- 190 gr Black Soy Sauce
- 330 gr Water
- 70 gr All Purpose Flour
