Hello Good Day everyone, back again with my other daily report n Kitchen Laboratory.
This time, my report little bit different from other because this time report of my Final Practicum Result.
Our Final Practicum Result was a Pastry Tables. So autocimally all the things on the table must be cakes, decoration or petite cake that we can consume it in one bite. Centerpiece is a decorative piece or display placed in the middle of a dining or serving table. Usually in Pastry&Bakery and also other petite or snack.
The theme that we take was "90's Games"/ Our reason why we take that theme, because all of the member of my group are game lover, and we think that we really miss the 90's games, when the game are really exciting and develop the brain muscle. we want to present this to all people that miss 90's games too, for nostalgia.

Me done with the Pacman Layer Ckae which is I used the sponge cake as the based cake, vanilla frosting for the layer and the spread and also I use Fondant for decorating the Pacman theme. Gie and Musyafir done with the Pop Cake, Cookies and Pandan Churros, Maicye with the Cupcakes, Fiqi and Raiz done with the decor and Aldi with the Brownies.
Before the Final day, actually we do the preparation which is 80% we done with the cakes. And we do the rest in the Final day that mayber wth the decor, frosting, etc.
After that, we Show off our Centeriece under the trees beside the lake and the Lectures building. The lectures came changly anf try our product and also give us the result of what we made.
